We make good things
With good people.

Like you.

Let's not do
boring.

We genuinely care about how every frame looks and how good we can make it sound. Born out of a frustration that things can be done better, even if it's just a company update. We deliver passion into everything we produce, because make something if the end result is boring. Even when clients come to us with a simple request, we find a creative/technical challenge in that to ensure that we don't just deliver their request but that we get to try something new, push ourselves and nerd out over the results.

We're always learning too. Not just where production is heading, but where distribution is going, because a film nobody watches isn't really finished. We pay attention to how audiences actually find and watch things now, and we bring that thinking into the work from the start.

Mostly though, we just like making nice things with nice people. Brands we get on with, ideas we believe in, and real care taken over every single frame.

01

Care about every frame.

We sweat details most people never notice. It adds up to work that feels considered rather than churned out.

02

Stay curious.

New kit, new techniques, new ways to reach an audience. We're always testing what's next so your work doesn't look like last year's.

03

Work with good people.

We're building a crew and bringing new talent into the industry, and we choose projects with people we actually want to spend the day with. It shows in what we make.

What
we're
pursuing

  • We make work for causes that need the attention, not only the clients who can pay the most for it.
  • We bring people into this industry who don't usually get a way in, and we teach them properly once they're here.
  • We cut travel wherever remote production and virtual events can do the same job, and we're honest about when they can't.
  • Freelancers get paid fairly and on time, every time. Plenty of our industry is bad at this. We won't be.
  • We'll tell you when you need less of us than you thought. We'd rather keep the relationship than pad the invoice.
  • We say what we actually think in the edit. You're paying for a point of view, not a yes.

The argument is in the work.
