Cover

Equipment under £5,000 replacement value can be hired with our damage waiver or your own hired-in insurance. Above £5,000 your own insurance is required.

Damage waiverLimits your liability for accidental damage or theft to a £250 excess. Added to each hire where available. Not insurance. My own hired-in insurance

Before your first collection

Please bring photographic ID and proof of address to your first collection. We hold card details as security on all hires.

We use these details to open a hire account and decide whether to release equipment. If you apply for a credit account we contact your references to ask about past hires. Any proof of address is deleted once checked; the rest is kept while your account is active. See our privacy policy.
