Presenter Updates

We’ve updated call.aotv.co.uk with some great new features for presenters. These updates should enable a cleaner interface and allow speakers to truely concentrate on giving their best presentation.

Updates

  • Be a keyboard warrior! Left and right keyboard strokes allow for slide progression. You can also use a mouse if preferred, the choice is yours.

  • Hide those notes. If your presentation doesn’t feature any notes, or you have the memory of an elephant, then click the hide notes button. This will give you more screen real estate to view your slides or other presentation layout.

  • Lots of notes? Not a problem. You can now scale the notes box by clicking and dragging the bottom right hand corner.

  • Google Slides notes are now fully supported

Bug Fixes

  • Paragraphing now displays correctly when pulling notes from PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote

  • HTML is now stripped from Google Slides

We’ve implemented a variety of presenter views to cover most scenarios, from delivering slides, to seeing Q&A or simply a session timer to keep talent on track. Everything is completely customisable, so if you’ve got a special request just let us know before the show and we’ll make it work.

Virtual can still be a confusing concept if you’re yet to experience it, drop us a line and we can demo how we make events easy for talent and audience.
